There's many DIY arcade controllers on Thingiverse, but I made this to fit my goals: * Very compact * Fits a small printbed * 4-button Neo Geo controller * Mount for DB15 breakout board It fits 4x30mm face buttons, a suzo happ style joystick plate, and 2x24mm start/coin buttons. Sample shopping list: * https://www.aliexpress.com/item/4001035389426.html all the arcade buttons required * https://www.aliexpress.com/item/32977042087.html DB15 breakout board for connecting to a supergun or neo geo * 2x M2.5 screws to mount DB15 breakout board * 4x M3 brass inserts, optional * 4x M3 screws to close up Note the start/select buttons are reinforced, but it's a bit of a weak point. If you have problems or want to avoid them you can print at a high infill OR use blocking in Cura to create a limited area of 100% infill.
