NeoPixel Gas Mask - Alternate LED/GEMMA mount

Several people have reported issues with the as-provided mounting ring for the NeoPixel rings (16 and 24) and GEMMA. This uses small zip ties to hold everything together. It is smaller diameter too, so it drops in easily. Instructions I measured the inner diameter of the printed respirator barrel, and the inner and outer diameters of the 16 and 24 LED NeoPixel rings, then created a light-weight ring holder. Use two zip ties for the rings; wrap each one around both rings, at a point between the LEDS. Use another zip tie for the GEMMA; place the GEMMA on the back side. We also connected the wires from the rings to a 10-pin connector, and the matching GEMMA wires on a mating connector. This allows us to easily remove/replace the GEMMA without resoldering -- if something "bad" happens
