This is an FPV quadcopter frame based on the following ideas: - independent arms (more easy to print than the hole thing) - up to 7 inch props - long range capable - lightweight (initial target was up to 120 grams ... but in order this to be stiff you need to print it with high infill) - stiff frame - vertical arms (and also having some aerodynamic profile) - capable to carry an HD camera (but because of other constraints was designed to use a hybrid solution fpv-hd camera like Runcam Split or Caddx Turtle) - GPS friendly - low RF interference because we don't use carbon (good for long range) - brushless motors up to 23XX size - 16x16 mm motor mount pattern How to print: Arms - you need to print 4 arms that are identical. The best material is the strongest and stiffest your printer can handle ... at least PETG. Plate - this part holds the 4 arms together, should be stiff as the arms. Battery Holder - this part is attached to the bottom part of the frame and have slots for the battery strap. This should be printed with flexible materials like TPU. Top - the top is designed to house the camera (Runcam Split or Caddx Turtle), the GPS antenna and the VTX antenna. This should be printed with flexible materials like TPU. It has 25 degrees tilt. Hardware Required: - 4 x 35mm standoffs (good for a 4 layer of boards stack) - 4 x 16x3mm bolts and 4 x M3 nylock nuts to tighten arms together. - 4 x 12x3mm bolts and 4 x M3 nylock nuts to tighten plate to arms - 8 M3 washers used on bottom - 8 x 12x3mm bolts to screw on standoffs top and bottom side Total Weight including a Graphene 6s 1000mAh battery 652 grams. Edit: The V2 canopy has more elongated neck in order to bring the FPV camera forward to remove the visible propeller nuts.
