Nerdy Gurdy String Holder

Nerdy Gurdy String Holder

This is an improved string holder I designed for the Nerdy Gurdy 6.2. I wanted something that looked nicer than the prescribed ring terminals, and a one piece design like this better distributes the forces from the strings. Its designed to use #6 flat head screws to screw it into the existing holes on the Nerdy Gurdy. I printed it in ABS (because I've had bad luck with PLA under tension), **5 walls**, 4 top/bottom layers, 50% infill, and I used supports and a brim. **Important:** The string holes are undersized. You'll need to drill them out according to the diameter of your strings. Because the size of the strings varies quite a bit, I left the holes small so that the knot on smaller strings won't slip through. You want to print with 5 walls because that gives you plenty of material to drill out.
