Nerf Bigshock Barrel Adapter

This is a barrel Adapter for the Nerf Bigshock. The purpose of this is to use normal Nerf darts in a Nerf Mega to (hopefully) improve the FPS of the gun. I left the Pin out so you can use shortend Darts. Tolerances are made so it snuggly fits into the original barrel and you dont have to glue it in place. For this to work you need a Air Restrictor removal and a pin removal. Have fun! Unfortunatly i dont have any real life images because i recently sold the Nerf with the adapter :( I designed it in Fusion 360. If you wanna make changes the files are available! !!!Attention!!! My Printer Overshoots a bit so you might need to Configure the Tolerance of the fit. Print Settings: Printer: ASX1 with 0,4 mm Nozzle Layer Height: 0.3 mm (for fast printing) Print Speed: 80mms inner wall 40mms outer wall 20mms initial Layer Infill Speed: 80mms Material: Anycubic PLA Nozzle Temp: 220°C Bed Temp: 65°C Infill: 100% Gradual infill Yes
