Oct. 24, 2020: Tested a bunch of different diameters for the seal and updated the files with the seal that works the best. From my testing, the skirt seal gets more or less the same FPS as the dash-123 o-ring seal, but significantly tightens up the spread in FPS. At this point I'd consider this thing finished. __________ Oct. 12, 2020: Prior to modelling this one I've already made one for a plunger tube with an ID of 36mm (larger than the 1 3/8" ID polycarbonate tube that standard caliburns use) so I can confirm it'll work as intended. Currently printing out this resized one for standard caliburn plunger tubes; I will remove the WIP once I make sure I got the diameter of the gasket right. __________ Alternative plunger for Nerf Caliburn that utilizes a skirt seal instead of the standard dash-123 o-ring. Print the gasket in TPU with many walls/concentric top & bottom pattern. Print other two parts with standard settings for caliburn plunger. Gasket is sandwiched into a cone by the two other parts to create a skirt seal; everything is held together by a 10-32 nut and screw.
