Nerf crush flywheel

Because of the apparent lack of free modified flywheel models on the interwebs I decided to make some! I based this design off of stock flywheels, with a few measurements from some informative Youtube videos (thanks Bobo!) and this is the result. My printer's finished model is a bit rough, and the tinkercad software has some low res shape settings for the concave perimiter, but with a flywheel gap of roughly 10 mm, it should result in more traction without ripping up darts, we'll see. Will likely require a little finish work, and your results may vary. I've found that they fit the canted Rapidstrike / Stryfe flywheel cage beautifully, found here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2479577 I will possibly get some pictures of fitment into said cage and a firing video up soon. These will probably pair well with upgraded motors, like torque-laden fangs. I plan on making some vented variants later, but in the mean time let me know what you think, if you see any room for improvement, and don't be afraid to let me know about your projects and post pictures. 1/15/2018 I added a new model of a smoother design, I found a better shape profile in tinkercad to use. Also added vents on the top of the flywheel. The new design should be almost identical to the first design, just more consistent and smoother surface in the groove. 2/9/2018 I did a little testing of my own and these definitely need to be used in a 42.5mm or narrower cage, There are feeding issues on stock cages. I will attempt to model a stock wheel with a larger outer diameter, and a bigger diameter convex wheel to get more grip in stock cages if possible. Stay tuned. 2/13/2018 I added a plain upsized flywheel to the list, it should be as close to stock as possible, just up 2.5mm bigger from stock diameter. should just barely fit, and give more crush in stock cages, just no convex surface. Hopefully it will be good for any blaster that doesn't have a bunch of upgrades, like just voltage mods with stock motors. 3/20/2018 I added a ribbed flywheel design, as yet untested. The diameter of these flywheels are a little bigger than the previous designs, so the outermost edges may need to be sanded or ground down to fit into enclosed stock style cages. there is a vented and non-vented version. 5/1/2018 Added a short and tall ribbed flywheel design to the mix, intended to fit rival and mega flywheel cages. This design can be sized slightly to fit, just like any other design. I have yet to test these, but the "short" design should grip Mega darts better than the "tall" design, which should work with Rival better.
