this doughnut shaped spacer gives your nerf cycloneshok more power by compressing the spring 11 mm more, adding much more tension. the results are pretty obvious, although a spring replacement is much better. to install it, take the blaster apart (there are youtube videos that go over this) and remove the plunger, (the telescoping thing with the spring on it). next, take off the plunger head (the thing with the rubber pad on the front that pushes the air) by removing the one screw on top. you might have to force the orange plastic off of the white part the spring is on, but it will come off. take the spring off the white telescoping piece, put the spacer on, and put back the spring. then, just reassemble the whole thing. the spacer touches the red plastic where the spring used to.
