This is a dual-magazine adaper for PAK-D clips. Pak-D used to sell these clips online, however they've been busy of late, so it may not be possible to procure their magazines outside Singapore. This is spaced far enough so even if you're using a shotgun grip for your longshot, you should still have enough space between the magazines.
