These are sleeves designed to slide over stock nerf flywheels to convert them to high crush! they should end up being a press fit, but i would suggest scuffing the stock wheels with sandpaper and using a thin layer of a glue of your choice. These are designed to be cost friendly alternatives to 3rd part aftermarket wheels. When using a cage that can support 36mm dia wheels, you can expect high performance out of these. I am able to get 130fps on a rayven using a 42mm OFP cage, 2s , and honeybadgers! I highly suggest printing out of PETG or Nylon. PLA may work, but i have found the tolerance wanes a bit with PLA. They will be harder to balance. Try em out!
