This is a half-length dart cutter for making short darts compatible with the Worker Talon and Jet Katana platforms. Remixed from the KellyIndustries dart cutter with; more fillets to fix the problem of drooping/oozing under the sharp overhangs, add higher capacity, tighter blade channel for straighter cuts, and feel nicer to touch overall. Second photo shows intended use and results of either blade slots. Use tips: 1) Do not insert heads through the loops. That's bad for the darts if it's too tight. Instead, insert foam tail first, and use the table to level them all the same time 2) To make sure the blade channel is clear of any burs, run a strip of sandpaper through it to help make it smoother.
