I loved the original design, except that I had no M4 screws at the time of printing, and that even then the arms had a little too much play. This fixes both of those problems. It snaps right over both pieces and makes for a very solid experience. Note: The other pieces such as the barrel and grip are required for this to work. Note: The holes should fit m2 screws, or, when widened, m3. Changes: -Split the model into two pieces. I think I will stick with the rail version, since that allows the parts to be screwed into each other, and removes the primary point of failure, which was the arms snapping as the whole part was stretched over the blaster. This also allows there to be an insert for the rail to be more functional. -Added a version with a tactical rail, grabbed from bitsandbooks -Made the whole system easier to print -Reinforced weak points. My original developed a small crack on the cage that needed to be heated and rejoined. -Rounded some of the top parts if the cage when I realized that the cage also makes the whole system top prime very well, though it is somewhat uncomfortable. Update 8/26/2017: Have made some changes, very much not abandoned. I am printing left and right sides with a screw port right now. Hope it works out!
