Nerf Rival Ball HIR Picker

A quick remake/remix of the Nerf Rivals ball picker by rsilvers_2464 (thanks!), to fit 1" PVC pipe; designed for ~25.4mm inner diameter, ~33.4mm outer diam (some headroom, so might need to glue it). Marked as work in progress as its currently unprinted + untested :) Two versions uploaded: * rival_pickup_1inch.stl -- standard object * rival_pickup_1inch_supportless.stl -- special version with a 0.2mm layer added at the section which would normally need supporting. This should then be printable without supports, and then simply cut out the single-layer hole with a knife.
