NES-350-12 Power Supply Cover with Switch

thingiverse

This cover is designed for the MeanWell NES-350-12 power supply and is equipped to fit This Fused IEC320 Switch or any other switch that uses a 30x50mm cut out and has two mounting screws on 50mm centers. This power supply cover includes cutouts for all vents as well as all 3mm and 4mm mounting points. I used some random tiny 2mm machine screws that were in my spare parts box to attach the switch. Depending on what screw you use to secure the switch plate, you may need to drill out the pilot holes to fit. The six holes across the front are 2 @ 6mm and 4 @ 4mm to accommodate 12awg and 16awg wiring in a clean and organized way. (For heated bed, Ramps, etc...) Solder your AC wires to the switch at 90-degree angles (pictured,) to be sure that you will have enough clearance. I also used the stock transparent MeanWell terminal cover inside for an extra layer of short-circuit protection. Print Settings Printer: Makerfarm Pegasus 10 Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.2mm Infill: 100% Notes: Print face down to minimize bridging. The vent holes on the sides bridged ok for me without supports, and only needed minimal cleanup. Fits perfect in PLA, but you might want to scale it slightly to account for shrinkage in other materials. How I Designed This Designed in Autodesk Fusion 360.
