NESE 18650 battery holder alignment pins and blocks

You can print these to use as alignment parts to help organize your battery blocks. These ONLY work with the 18650 holder sizes and styles. Print as many as you need of each. It is up to you if you want to glue them in to permanently link holders or glue in one half for disassembly or not glue them at all. In the last pic, you can also see that the blocks can be used as a standoff as well to give an air gap for cooling. These parts are strong enough align the packs for assembly and bench testing, I would not count on them as your only means of securing the packs. I used the recommended NESE cell holder print settings, just changed the infill to 25%. The models are either single or double parts. I recommend printing at least two parts at a time, especially for the triangle pins. This gives some extra time for part cooling and makes a better print. These fit my NESE holders printed on the same printer perfectly with no filing. You may or may not have to adjust your print settings or file a bit depending on your printer.
