Nest thermostat - heatlink bezel

Nest thermostat - heatlink bezel

thingiverse

Here is a simple backplate for the Nest Heatlink - it attaches with double-sided sticky foam and it covers messy holes from the old thermostat. It's a bit rough because I used fast, fat layers. The Heatlink normally goes near the boiler or heating wiring box. Unusually, in my installation I've replaced the old programmer and thermostat with the Nest Heatlink as I considered it better to have the actual Nest thermostat in the living room rather than a hall. It's easier to wire this way anyway (live, neutral, water, radiators). The heatlink also has a handy 12v supply that I will one day use for some gadget. Thanks to bytesandbolts for tripping the idea
