They will print without supports, but I used a brim to keep them adhered (print them like an igloo). If you have any problems with the pieces fitting together make sure the brim is completely removed or they may not fit together. If the lip is still too large lightly sand the inside rim of the bottom piece. If your pieces are hard to get apart I had better luck squeezing the bottom piece around the middle rather than just trying to pull straight apart. I used a 0.4mm nozzle for size 5 and above and went to a 0.3mm nozzle (.12 layers) on the smaller sizes. However, I'm not sure the smaller nozzle is necessary. If you want to print a stand for each I would try printing at the scales below: Size 9 85.0% Size 8 72.3% Size 7 57.8% Size 6 49.1% Size 5 41.8% Size 4 35.5% Size 3 30.2% Size 2 25.6% Size 1 21.8%
