Replacement mounting bracket for Nestling XML-T6 Front Bike Light, as found on Amazon (https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B07F6TDSPZ/ref=cm_sw_em_r_mt_dp_DME97R95ES4VPAZG1EWK). The bracket fitted to the light appears to be weak and breaks easily, so whilst it was brand new and intact I modelled the original and fix a few weak points so it should be stronger. I recommend printing with an infill of 80% or higher, I used 100% to ensure it would be very strong. I have uploaded the 3MF, STL and Fusion360 files if you wish to remix it, please do so, but link it back to my original, cheers! Printed as is, on my calibrated Prusa MK3S+, fitted to the original handlebar mount with no issues. As the bottom/mounting area of the bike light is slightly concave, there is no need to wrench on the fitting screws, as this will deform the mount, just snug it up and it will be fine.
