Net making shuttle and templates

Feeling bored one day, I recalled crafting nets with my dad who carved shuttles from wood. Inspired, I tried making one using my printer which worked well. Interested? Check out these videos on net-making for a new hobby: [1] and [2]. Nets serve purposes beyond fish catching, like holding ping pong balls. Share if you create any nets! After crafting mine, I'll post pictures. Print the shuttle, slide front and rear together (gluing optional as string holds them snugly). If desired, use templates from the first video. Wrap string on shuttle as shown in the second link, then weave your net.
