Started with the GS308 8 port switch rackmount https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3690500 from REGISTEREDTHING https://www.thingiverse.com/registeredthing/about. I converted it for use with the larger GS316 16 port switch. It also fits the GS116 16 port switch. I stretched the left side to fit the switch, moved the switch mounting holes, and enlarged the switch opening 0.5mm. The right side was shortened and two keystone module openings were added. The center compartment was modified to use a 0.125 inch or 3mm shaft for a cover hinge. Excess material was removed to save filament. I've provided a version of the compartment with integrated printing supports.
