This is the Neu F3A competition-spec inrunner motor w/ gear box. The unit runs on 10s Lipo's. So at nominal voltage that's 37volts. Fully charged => 37 + ( 10 x 0.5 ) = 42 volts. Taking the mean would = 39.5 volts. The motor has a RPM/V rating of 1300, so the motor's RPM at 39.5 volts is 51,350 RPM. The gearbox ratio is 6.7 : 1 ; Therefore the RPM of the output shaft is reduced to 7664 RPM. The video attached is the 2011 schedule Electric motors ( and propellers ) are of a very different design in both their torque curve and also Diameter/pitch of prop. E.g You cannot put an APC Nitro prop on an electric. This motor produces about 1400 watts continuous and bursts at 1800 watts for about 10 seconds. The F3A class is a particular class of RC plane competition; an example of one of mine in the pic. The only rules are the plane must not be longer/wider than 2 x 2 meters and weigh less than 5 kg
