This is a remix of Rogue One Stormtrooper Thermal Detonator by Straekers_Armory. The first photo is a reference photo from the Rogue One Celebration Stromtrooper display. I've added the panel lines around the control and mount panels as mentioned in the CRL for 501st acceptance at level 3. I've added the main tube that allows for one of the caps to be screwed and unscrewed. I figured it would be nice to have a place to put some money or keys while trooping. I'm planning on putting mini-stormtrooper figures in mine to give to kids. The other cap should be glued into place. Also added mount block and panel options. They are as follows: - Standard mount plate (mount-plate) with no holes. Great for a DIY or if you want to figure out your own rigging system. - Mount plate with holes (mount-plate-1). Pretty standard way of attaching this to your belt. - Mount plate with round magnet inserts (mount-plate-2). I haven't tried this yet, but I'm going to get some strong magnets and see if this can just attach via magnets. - Mount plate with rectangular insert (mount-plate-3). This is if you want to try using a bar type magnet. I've printed this at 50% scale and it fit together perfectly. I had to do some light sanding on the screw cap and the threads, but I literally just went over them once. The goal is to have no seam showing at all once the cap is on, and I definitely think it works well. I'll be printing this at full size once i get further along with my belt. Update 7/6/2021 (or 6/7/2021 if you're American) In an effort to clean up the number of files I have, I've detached the control panel cuff from the mount plate so that it can be printed alone. Then you can choose the mount plate you want. I'll likely be adding more options for these as I go through the build and I may make some of these just to give away to people that are also working on ROTK builds. Added the following: - Mount with small holes - Mount with large holes (or cavities for a magnet or washer) - Blank mount With all of the mount options, I added a bit of text just to mark which end is up and which side is for the belt. Update 3/6/2021 (or 6/3/2021 if you're American) After looking at the CRL and many many reference photos as well as the parts of my own kit that I'm assembling, it looks like the control panel plate and the mounting plate are actually one piece, though in my kit they are two pieces and meant to be glued together. I've added one piece control panel and mounting plates with three variants: - Cuff 1 - Plain mounting bracket with no holes - Cuff 2 - Mounting cuff has 4 small holes - Cuff 3 - Mounting cuff has 2 large holes measuring 1.3 inches (33mm) I've also added curved corners that match the screen used control panels. The corners and thin outline need to be cleaned up post printing. Update 2/6/2021 (or 6/2/2021 if you're American) I've added two main tube files. - Shorter tube - This is the original tube file that I created. It is just a few mm too short but would still work. - Longer tube - This is closer to the 203mm needed in the CRL.
