New Bright Ford Raptor Steering Knuckles

This is a steering knuckle replacement for the New Bright Ford Raptor truck. Sadly the original design wears very fast and the toe is insane for a short time until the spindle wears through. This design is more robust and requires a couple parts from your hardware store to fully construct the part, but the result is a very strong knuckle that has a steel spindle. I used a nylon screw for the outer tie rod end although you may likely still use the original steel screw if you like. No threading is necessary. The spindle is a 10/32 bolt extension with just a dab of super glue on the threads to prevent it from backing out during use. Use a very small headed cap screw or similar to fasten the wheel to the spindle. Some wheels will slide in and out on the spindle. You may use nylon shims/washers on either side of the wheel to reduce the play if you feel the need.
