When I first homed my printer, I noticed that the nozzle was right in front of the bed, so I created a simple mount to solve this issue. This mount lets me screw on an end switch and adjust its position along the Y-axis profile - moving it forward or backward as needed to set the perfect home position. After printing, you might need to drill two tiny holes, expanding them to 2.5 mm in diameter, then tap them with an M3 thread.
