This adaptor plate allows to interface a Nexstar 6/8SE mount on a Celestron CG4 mount tripod. The list of needed hardware is described in the drawing. The purpose of the two M5 screws is to prevent the part to delaminate when torquing the M10 screw from the CG4 Tripod (the tripod screw pulls the part in the Z direction - Z printing axis)
