This is a tire insert model to print in TPU for 1.9" wheels for RC Crawling "exclusively ". This tire insert has two parts that need to be printed. Both model files are included (STL files) and project files for Cura settings (3MF files). These were designed to fit with 4.7" tall tires (make sure your tire fits a 104mm tall insert freely, like Voodoo KLR Comp Spec). The model has 2 parts, the outer part which needs to be printed in very soft TPU (NinjaTek 85A recommended), and the inner part which should be printed in a firm TPU (Overture 95A works well). This allows RC cars to have great traction while keeping the tire shape, adding grip, and making the car predictable during crawling. The exclusive design is made to provide extreme support of side crawling and sharp turns.
