Nexus 4 bumper with treble clef back plate. Check instructions for advice and what I found with this design. Instructions The only real issue I see is that the treble clef itself is a bit thin, I didn't want to make it so thick it displaced the phone and it did't fit into the case properly. What I ended up doing is putting a bit of double sided tape on the back of the phone so that the treble clef would lay as flat as I could get it then applying a few layers of clear nail polish to get it to be a bit more rigid. Other things I can think to do is add a few layers of superglue or even applying double sided tape directly to the treble clef and using it as a stencil to coat the back of the treble clef so it sticks to the phone.
