Nexus 5 car holder dock with QI - low warp design, tighter fit

This is a remix of my nexus 5 charging car dock after my original distorted in the summer heat in my car (Printed in PLA). Modification since V1: 1:Designed for slimmer "shell" cases like the Capdase Karapace Touch. 2:Designed for ABS for heat resistance. Horizontal holes reduce warping issues. 3:Draft angle on the QI charger recess to grip it better. This is a wireless charging car dock for an LG Google Nexus 5. Print time: 4 Hrs Cleanup: 10minutes Assembly: 10minutes The phone is inserted from the front, ideal if you are limited on space i.e. between the A-Pillar and steering wheel. The holder is designed to fit on industry standard suction bases on most car holders that have a snap fit 4 claw grip between the base and the actual holder (5 out of 5 bases I tried fitted perfectly). It has a recess to take a Qi Charging module (any 70mm dia x 10mm thick QI base will work) see link above. Use 5mm self adhesive felt pads on each claw to prevent scratching your phone. If you are using a case with your phone, you will only require a pad on the side claw. Instructions Print in one piece with the large flat side against your print bed. There are some small chamfered overhangs in this print but no major bridging. The snap fits worked perfect on my printer. But snap fits are pretty high tolerance. You may need to adjust your post processing or file to fit. You will also need: Suction base off a generic car holder with 4 claw type connection. See photos attached.
