I just designed this on tinkercad https://tinkercad.com/ For my IS250. It has three printable parts. The main board has 5 holes. Two holes hold the hooks that go into the trim and three holes hold the arms that hold the phone in place. Nexus 5 phone just slides in without a cover but also can be pushed in if you have a cover on the phone. The only small problem is that you have to glue in the hooks and arms into the main board. I used super glue. Instructions printed it on my sumpod printer. need superglue to hold the hooks and arms in the mainboard.
