Niche Zero portafilter holder adapter

I printed [this portafilter holder](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3957968) (Portafilter_stand_slide_v13.stl) but it didn't quite work with my portafilter (kept sliding off). Instead of reprinting another one, I designed this adapter to slide over the original prongs to better hold a portafilter. This was designed in Tinkercad, mostly reusing the prongs from the original design, albeit scaled up.
