This is custom part that I have designed for the Emax Nighthawk 250 Pro to give support the the quad. I have tried PLA so far for the print material with 25 % hex in-fill and has worked well. Please comment if otherwise and I will be happy to get a fix/remix. Print Settings Rafts: Yes Supports: No Resolution: Standard Infill: 25+ Notes: PLA works well. MakerBot Replicator 2 tested. How I Designed This Designed using SolidWorks 2014 Custom Section Fastners No nuts needed hole size will shrink after print and M3 8-10 mm length screw will self tap onto the landing gear.
