Nightlight Late-Night Edition

Nightlight Late-Night Edition

thingiverse

A remixed nightlight based on the great design by jjpowelly (Thing 905142). This remix features a reworked enlarged case to host a plug, an Arduino to control the RGB LEDs as well as touch sensors to adjust the brightness and switch between a potpourri of light effects. Detailed build instructions in this Nightlight Late-Night Edition blog post. NB: This project powers electronic components (5V) with a mains supply circuit (230V > 5V) that is connected to a power plug (230V). If you are going to build this, make sure that you know what you do especially with respect to voltage insulation. In case of doubt, consult a skilled person or remix the design to directly use an unaltered line adapter or batteries. Disclaimer If you print this model and use it, you do this on your own risk. I cannot be held responsible if someone or something gets damaged or injured by using this model.
