This is a quick and dirty summery until I find more time for a detailed description and how-too. -------------- The Nike-Nike Smoke was a 2-Stage sounding rocket for research. The parts are designed from actual scale data. -------------- Body tube length for the booster is 144.5mm Body tube length for the sustainer is 181.5mm The rocket is designed to be flown as a 2-stager with electronics for sustainer ignition and recovery functions. If you want to fly the rocket as single stage, then just glue the adapters together.
