Since the Nikon 200-400 f4 VR doesn't come with a lens cap, I decided to make one myself. It fits the lens hood (HK-30) as well as the lens itself. It also works with the lens hood being mounted in the backwards configuration. For further safety, cover the lens-facing side of the cap with tape to prevent any scratches. The cap does NOT touch the glass though, this is just an extra safety.
