Material needed extra: M4 screw M4 nut (wrench width 7) Recently I needed to make some shots of a defective watch movement through my Microscope. Since I was not satisfied with the quality of the china-cam it was delivered with and -finally- got my Kossel running, so I decided to print an Adapter. The Idea behind the Remix is, to make it adjustable for several types of microscopes. This is why I put in a set screw, so you can find the ideal focus point yourself. Also, the only part you likely need to customize is the distance tube to fit on your microscope and adjust its lenght. -- PLEASE NOTE- You may increase the wall-thickness of the distance tube as much as possible to make the thing more stable -- Thanks to sheepslinky (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2985865) who posted the theoretical stuff behind this: http://www.siliconsombrero.com/2018/04/28/scopecam/ Anyways, I endet up trying out the focal lenght of my Nikon D5300 without doing the maths. I held it to the trinocular port and startet to increase the distance until the picture was shown sharply. Then I measured this value and adjusted the File distance tube. After that, I adjusted the focal point via the set screw. Please note - If you don't do the Maths, you may end up with a cropped picture. Basically, I took the telescope adapter from Lordfly for and changed it a bit. The modifications includes a set screw to make fine adjustments of the focus.
