This is an adapter to use any Nikon lens with the F-mount on any Canon with an EF/EF-S mount. It has worked and fits snugly on the lens. There is a little notch on the side of the adapter that allows it to lock onto the camera body. Give heavier lenses a support or extra hand, obviously not as strong as it could be.
