Nine-Key Pico-Powered Macro Pad

This is a nine-key macro pad that is powered by a Pi Pico running CircuitPython. I was inspired by [this post](https://www.tomshardware.com/how-to/raspberry-pi-pico-powered-stream-deck). I wasn't in love with the design and thought it was a little small, so I took the concept and designed something that fit my needs! The top and bottom plates are designed to snap together. The top plate is designed to take standard MX-style switches (both 3 and 5 pin switches should work fine).
