Nintendo Switch Dock

Nintendo Switch Dock

thingiverse

I designed a new dock for my Nintendo Switch to increase the airflow to the console. I sized the screw-holes to use the screws from the original Nintendo Switch dock, so you already have all the hardware you need. The parts are designed asymmetrically so it can only be assembled in the correct way. Notes : -For the object "UpperDock" I print with the model upside-down (roof on the build plate). -For the object "LowerDock" I print with the model downside-down (horns pointing upwards). -I installed some 3M felt material (the kind you put on feet of chairs) to protect the Switch. Each piece of felt I installed in the horns has a thickness of 0.28mm. -You will see in the photos I do not use all of the screw-holes. This is because I wanted to only use the y-headed screws. -In the photos you will see a filleted edge near the charging port. The files I uploaded do not have this because I think it looks better without it. -At present there is not a space for the LED indicator.
