You can see how I sewed some of the pieces in the photos though I am far from a sewing expert so you shouldn’t use mine as a model. The screen protector sleeve and the flexible Velcro straps are the only sewed parts.</p><p> </p><p>I printed all the parts out of PETG at 0.3mm layer heights. </p><p> </p><p>No supports for any of the parts!</p><p> </p><p>I have included a short build guide in the downloads with more pictures and some instructions and screw/pin placements.</p><p> </p><p>The AC logo for the circuit board shroud is supposed to be printed as just infill.</p><p> </p><p>I am not going to go into detail on how to do the inlay. I saved the files separately then combined them with pauses in between to change out the filament. I went through and cut and pasted the specific layers manually in the gcode.
