In order to pull this off i had to split the cartridge into two separate pieces. It will probably require you to sand down the interior of each piece in order for them to sit as flush together as possible. Then carefully use a tiny bit of super glue and wait. I modified another JIG design using smaller holes, because all you need is a solid core CAT5e/CAT6 Ethernet cable or you could clip off the edges of a resistor. Don't forget to sand the edges of the metal so that you don't cause any stress on the joycon port! One other important thing, in order to fit two sd cards into this design i had to reduce the gap between the cartridge pins and the bottom of the cartridge itself. Although i believe it was only by .2mm. It doesn't seem to cause any stress that would cause the internal pins to bend, but it is imperative that you do a tiny bit of sanding so that everything fits gently in. This was not an easy build, but it was totally worth it if you know what you're doing :D
