Nintendo Switch Grip

Nintendo Switch Grip

thingiverse

Check out my remix of this: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2238228 A grip for the Nintendo Switch when used in portable mode. Everything Nintendo makes seems to be for small hands, so this is too make it a bit more comfortable for everyone, whilst still allowing the JoyCons to charge. Still very much a work in progress The model is messy, but at 0.4mm, it irons out well. I haven't printed the entire thing, only the grips, which seem to fit tight enough that I don't need to connect them with the middle piece. I'm going to work on the ergonomics, I have been struggling with SolidWorks as I have no formal experience with it. I had fun making this, it is only the first part of my overall vision, stay tuned! If you want to motivate me even more, feel free to drop me a tip! Totally optional, but It would definitely keep the fire burning :D Print Settings Printer Brand: Printrbot Printer: Simple Black Rafts: No Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.4mm Infill: 18% Post-Printing Optional You may need to print the middle piece if the grips don't friction fit well enough for you as they did for me. I was planning on just using super glue or something. I can't vouch for the entire assembly fitting perfectly. If you print it up-right like I did, you may have to clean up the bottom where it may rough from the supports, like mine. **!Disclaimer!** Due to the tight fitment, the finish on your JoyCons and Switch may start to wear away or get marked up.
