IMPORTANT NOTE :- THIS WAS DESIGNED FOR MY OWN USE AND I POSTED IT HERE FOR EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES. I'LL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGES TO YOUR SWITCH OR ANYTHING THAT HAPPENS DUE TO THE USE OF THE CASE. This is a case I designed for the Nintendo Switch, I had trouble finding a proper pouch for the Switch locally, so I designed this case to protect so I can chuck it into any other bag. This should be used as a case on it's own unless you feel very confident with the strength of joining the parts together. WARNING : The COVER CAP DOES NOT LOCK! And the weight of the Switch WILL push it open if turned upside down! NOTE :- Please watch the video to identify the contact points where you need to stick the foam padding on to prevent the screen from rubbing on the case when inserting the Switch In case you're wondering, the case shown was printing using PETG. Print Settings Printer Brand: Up! Printer: Up Mini Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.25MM Infill: 25% Notes: 2 pieces of the SHAFT is needed to form the case. Recommend that you first print the cap and A shaft to see if your printer tolerance will allow for the 0.1MM gap on the cap to fit over the shaft properly before you continue. Rotate the parts so that they print vertically and require minimum support material. Supports are mainly used for the rounded edges on the caps. If you want REALLY tight connections that MIGHT NOT need any sort of adhesives to finish up, you can try using the 0MM gap connector parts that will result in a VERY tight fit between the parts but depending on your printer accuracy, might not even join together! Post-Printing Demo video and assembly instructions. Watch The Video Please watch the video on assembly instructions and other information. PLEASE REMEMBER TO SECURE ALL THE CONNECTORS so the case doesn't disassemble itself!
