My only options for placement of my Nintendo Switch dock were behind the TV or laying down under it. Behind the TV gave us connectivity problems with the controllers. But laying down the Switch without modifications presented several other issues:

The hinge for the cable cover doesn't allow the dock to lay flat, and puts it at a slight negative angle which could cause your Switch to fall out of the dock and onto the floor. It only lays flat if you flip the dock over such that the switch screen is facing down, but I didn't want gravity pressing the screen into the dock.

The vents are under there and laying it completely horizontal may block them and cause the Switch to overheat. My design leaves plenty of room for airflow.

I had concerns for stress on the USB-C connector in the dock when laying the Switch completely horizontal. It looks like the protrusions inside the dock prevent this, but just in case I designed the feet to hold the dock at a +12.5 degree angle which should alleviate most of that stress.

Print instructions

Just print 2 of these feet and slide them right on the bezel above the cable cover on your Switch dock. STL is a single foot; the G-code contains 2 feet.

Due to the inherent risks with downloading G-code from unknown sources, I always recommend downloading the models and slicing them yourself. I only upload G-code for the purposes of filling in the database info.
