<p>After using the original to hold drinks, I noticed that the joy cons had a tendency to slide out of the rails due to the weight of the beverage. So instead of trying to modify the original STL, I figured it would be easier to just model it from scratch using the original dimensions and grip angle. What I made different was that the joy cons slide in from the bottom, so that they can't slide out from the weight of a beverage.</p> <p>Make sure to press the release button on the joycon before inserting from the bottom.</p> <p>Update (1/12/21): Posted V2 which fixed the Switch logo orientation and some minor changes to the Joy Con rails which include a locking feature to keep them from sliding out if you set it down.</p> Category: Video Games
