All the build info is in the .3ml file, but a couple notes: I had a few failures on this one (mostly because I'm still getting the hang of FFF in general), two were caused by bad bed adhesion/warping of corners/full delamination during the print.

The brim is essential here, but it's not enough. The print will likely fail late, the part's total mass increase coupled with the slight pressure the extruding material applies locally as the print head zips around will be enough to shatter that puny brim. So, supports. Just enough to ensure the overhangs on the track indentations (where the Joy Cons click in and lock to the grip) are nice and dimensional.

Supports + Brim = Success!

…But Wait, There's More!

It's probably a waste of filament, but if you enable With sheath around the support, a really tiny miracle happens when you break the top interface layer and the support effortlessly glides down the track and out of the grip. No Mess!

(PS. This could definitely print at larger layer heights, the tolerances are tight, but if you use variable layer height where the notches in the track are you'll save yourself a lot of time compared to the included .gcode)
