I've seen the led docks from Nintendo in stores go for as much as €25,- and I thought that's too expensive, so I made my own. I printed the base, which I designed to house the led strip, acrylic plate and the Nintendo switch dock itself. The image you see on the acrylic plate is not my own, so i can't include it in my files, but with a quick google search, I'm sure you'll be able to find it. To make this project, you'll need to buy a usb led strip, which can be cut to length (to see if this is the case, simply check if there are any scissor symbols on the strip. If there are, it can be cut).
