If you have a tv wall mount that simply hooks onto the mount. Usually you have a bunch of space to the right and left. I adapted this to the mount from https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1873760 (for some reason it wouldn't let me add to remix). Now you can simply just drop this into the same mount your tv uses. You may or may not need to tweak the actual wall clip thickness if it's too thick for your mount. I recommend triangular infill and printing it tall ways if you want the most strength. However, it doesn't way that much so it shouldn't matter much either way.
