Work in Progress as aspect ratio not right for each format yet. Also syncs need to be per line (with missing sync for frame marker). So this builds a nipkow disc for mechanical television. Which allows transmission of 'video' at audio frequencies. A scanning hole passes over the frame and the light intensity coming through is measured and transmitted from a camera to a viewer. Tricky parts are sensing(solar cell and a lens), synchronising the camera and viewer, and you need a bit of light but there are ways to improve this design (lenslets, mirror drums, etc). You can read more about mechanical TV, the Televisor (original TV standard format), and current standards and gear at http://www.nbtv.org/ More updates soon...
