Nissan Titan right side tailgate hinge bushing.

On the Nissan Titan the right side tailgate hinge attaches to a lever that uses a gas strut to let the tailgate drop softly. The bushing between the tailgate and the hinge usually breaks pretty quickly and you have to completely replace the hinge ($40-$80) to get a new bushing. Nissan doesn't sell just the bushing. It's a terrible design. I 3d printed this from PLA. It's a tight fit into the tailgate but should slip over the pivot pin pretty easily. If it doesn't fit just sand the bottom corners a little. It's a tight press fit. It's easier to put it in the tailgate and slip that over the pin than the other way around. One caveat, the tailgate needs to stay to the right (your panel gap between the left and right side of the tailgate won't match) or you'll destroy this bushing same as the original one. I would like to print it with NylonX or something a lot more durable and see if it lasts. I might try machining one out of aluminum to see if it lasts longer as well. But this print, even from PLA, will get you going again and keep your tailgate properly attached. It takes about 7c of PLA so even if you wreck it in a little while and have to replace it it's still loads cheaper than the original. Still a work in progress, if I can figure out how to make it last longer, I'll update this.
