Nissan Utili-Track Motorcycle and Mountain Bike Wheel Chock

thingiverse

These motorcycle/mountain bike combo wheel chocks were designed and made for the Nissan Utili-track system (though they might fit other track systems as well). They will securely hold a standard size motocross/dual-sport front tire, as well as a standard mountain bike tire in the center channel (you still tie bikes down). To finish them after printing, tear supports from bottom, and then use 3/4 to 1-inch long 3/8" (16 thread) bolts with flanges or washers with 3/8 spring nuts (found in electrical depts. of Home Depot). I cut the springs in half and fold them around to be on the other side so the channels will line up and lock in and the spring keeps it all tension-ed and together (see pictures). A 14mm socket tightens it all down, and then it's time to roost. The pictures are of the original prototype with a wider channel (too wide) for the mountain bike tire, which has since been reduced to hold mountain bike tires more securely.
